Athletic Department
The athletic program at First Lutheran Jr./Sr. High School is designed to be a reflection of the values that we instill in our students. Athletics and competition provide opportunities for teamwork, sportsmanship, self -discipline, and Christlike behavior.
 
The Falcons compete in the Omega League, and the CIF Southern Section, and field a variety of sports.
 
With a strong booster program and parent support we look forward to the 2010-2011 school year and all of the challenges and joys it will bring.

All students wishing to participate on a sports team must:
  • Fill out and return an Athletic Information form (7th-12th)
  • Pay required sports fee as indicated on Athletic Information form (7th -12th)
  • Get a yearly physical and submit Physical Examination form (9th-12th)
